★At Ford Motor Company, engineered physical vehicle systems from concept to production, including early sim-to-real modelling, and led technology strategy across Asia Pacific.
★At Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, built two new regulated services from concept to national operation, including Lifeblood Milk, now feeding thousands of premature babies a year, and Australia's first TGA-approved microbiome therapy facility.
★Established Lifeblood's Innovation Development Centre, spanning AI, automation, and emerging technology, delivering 4× ROI in its first year and around 10× at maturity.
★Spent over a decade studying humanoid robotics closely, in conversation with the people building the field, from robotics founders and CEOs to university directors and enterprise leaders.
★Co-founded, scaled, and exited a digital technology venture in two years.
